Un genre de homo digitalo qui a évolué dans ses relations au monde et aux gens du fait d'internet et dans ses manières de vivre avec la technologie (qui nous rend souvent encore plus exigeant).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;C'est donc physique et mental.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Les auteurs de nouvelles de science fiction avaient raison. L'entreprise est plus réactive aux tendances du marché et dope sa créativité par le marketing collaboratif.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Oui les clients vont vous parler. Si vous acceptez de les écouter, cela va demander du travail, de l'organisation, de la technique et des employés. Car ils ont beaucoup à dire mais ils veulent une communication simple, rapide et efficace. Oui, non, excuses, améliorations, nouveautés, cadeaux, évènements, initiatives / contribution à la communauté.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Tout doit être criticable.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mais recevoir les critiques, les accepter et y répondre, l'entreprise au sens large doit être bien armé de ses valeurs. Ce que l'on appelle les valeurs de l'entreprise qu'elle va devoir affirmer et limiter. Revenir au core. Ce que l'on fait de mieux et sur lequel on ne peut transiger, pour créer un meilleur rapport Win-Win.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Les bénéfices pourraient être gigantesques. Car de la considération que vous aurez donnée aux clients, ils la transformeront en fidélité et deviendront des chevaliers de la marque.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;De mon expérience, je sais que de grandes marques paient des sommes importantes pour que ce qui se dit sur la toile soit analysé. Ce n'est pas encore très automatisé mais les avancées sont rapides en la matière.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Le CRM en ligne existe déjà . Les marques sont sur les medias sociaux et certaines s'y débrouillent bien. Je pense à Vistaprint et son mur facebook qui répond à tous les commentaires négatifs par un message personnalisé. Oui il faut comprendre le problème, s'excuser et trouver une solution. Et ce parfois à grande échelle. Mais il y a beaucoup à perdre à ne pas répondre aux clients mécontents. Au lieu d'en faire des chevaliers, vous en faîtes des rebels qui constituent des armées. Car la guerre a commencé.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Je vais vous donner l'exemple de deux produits en concurrence avec deux approches CRM différentes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;D'un côté une marque &amp;nbsp;cette grande marque internationalement connue qui fait de l'électroménager et qui a un produit d'épilation définitive dont le prix est aux environs de 500 euros. C'est donc une décision d'achat implicante.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cet article est en concurrence avec un produit plus cher mais plus "professionnel" et plus "humble". La marque ne fait qu'un produit et ses accessoires, et a ouvert un forum et conçu un système de parrainage.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Pour avoir analysé leurs commentaires, je n'ai jamais vu d'aussi farouches défenseurs d'une marque.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Je parle de la marque concurrente, celle plus chère, plus confidentielle. Ces défenseurs vont jusqu'à chercher les "attaques" des utilisatrices de produits concurrents.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cette guerre, c'est la guerre d'influence pour les produits dont l'achat est impliquant.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Car les prospects vont rechercher de l'information pour arriver à une décision. Probablement confortablement installé avec leur portables ou leurs tablettes sur les genoux dans leurs canapés.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Il ne s'agît pas de contrôler ce qui est dit, c'est de faire avec et d'accepter ses limites.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;C'est peut-être paradoxal. Quand on parle des grandes entreprises, on n'associe pas directement l'idée de limitation du domaine d'influence. Mais pour dire vrai, elles sont partout.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Mais à trop vouloir influencer tout le monde, elles attirent la critique des réfractaires. Qu'est-ce qu'il se passe quand une entreprise ne contrôle plus son influence. Qu'elle n'a plus respecté ses engagements mais par contre se soucie de son image uniquement.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La colère. Et les gens en colère le font savoir. Et ils sont démonstratifs. Alors oui il faut collaborer. Vous vous souvenez, le win-win?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Et c'est là qu'intervient le marketing collaboratif.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Car il ne s'agit pas de simplement analyser ce qu'il se dit. Il faut montrer l'acceptation de ce qui est dit.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;J'ai constaté plusieurs approches différentes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- La création d'une plateforme type forum réservée aux utilisateurs d'un produit qui s'autogère en majeure partie avec tout de même des modérateurs. On y voit souvent du partage d'astuces (extension de l'utilisation du produit parfois non imaginée par la marque)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Le CRM directement sur une page facebook qui permet de dire au vu et su de tout le monde ce qu'il en est. Que quelques fois, ils n'auront pas assuré le service vendu, qu'ils s'en excusent et qu'il y a dédommagement. Bonne exemple en la matière &lt;a href="http://www.facebook.com/vistaprint?sk=wall"&gt;Vistaprint&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- Une &lt;a href="http://www.trnd.com/"&gt;start up, trnd&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;(qui grossit vite) propose à ses clients de faire essayer leurs produits à de potentiels consommateurs en leur donnant la possibilité de distribuer le produit à leur entourage s'ils l'ont apprécié. S'ils ne l'ont pas aimé, ils feront part de leurs remarques à la marque qui "doit" prendre son avis en compte. It is to wonder if the brand had problems of this kind in the past.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;As if their customers and fans (because it is necessary to be “fan” to be able to post on the wall) would have intentions to them in priori. I do not find it very classy for a brand which says itself as such.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;The good behaviour of the user like the good moderation on behalf of the brand should be implicit. Later naturally they need to spam there especially if the page has of the traffic. Unless it is a problem of complaints. If it is the case, they need to handle them in the best manner, at least to send the dissatisfied customers to the customer service.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;But for me it represents a lack of judgment on behalf of the brand. They are not Coke, their capacity of moderation should be sufficient to manage less than 20 000 fans and not make so strong statement just in case. How will they manage it with this legal attitude on a social network? Will they handle it the same way? I have Facebook for my friends, Linkedin for the professional, Twitter for the social media and monitoring related. Then you have my StumbleUpon that I use like the library of my favorites that I tag.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;After that you have 3 emails adresses, a blog where I would like to be more active, a Flickr and a Picasa... I also belong to two networking groups, one on Meetup, another one on a forum.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;And well that is not that much...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;So what did I do?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I looked at aggregators of social media.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;First I have used &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.digsby.com/?utm_campaign=vid&amp;amp;utm_source=vid&amp;amp;utm_medium=vid&amp;amp;utm_content=vid"&gt;Digsby&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt; for some time and I found it handy. It manages social media like Twitter, Facebook and Linkedin, plus your Hotmail and your Gmail. The problem is I have 2 hotmail adresses. And that &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.digsby.com/?utm_campaign=vid&amp;amp;utm_source=vid&amp;amp;utm_medium=vid&amp;amp;utm_content=vid"&gt;Disby&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt; does not handle that well. Everytime I had to disconnect one or the other email adresses. I know that I could coupled (linked) my 2 hotmail emails together and that it could maybe have change something but I simply don't want to do that. But I will be maybe obliged to if I want things to be easy.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Then you have &lt;a href="http://friendfeed.com/"&gt;FriendFeed&lt;/a&gt; which support an extended list of social services (Facebook, Twitter of course but also Digg, StumbleUpon or even your blog), but not your emails. (&lt;a href="http://www.pcworld.com/article/169515/3_social_media_aggregators_that_bring_it_all_together.html"&gt;see PC world review&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;There is also &lt;a href="http://fuse.microsoft.com/projects-spindex.html"&gt;Spindex&lt;/a&gt; from Microsoft. I am currently looking at it and what I can say about it for the moment is that it is nice to have several social tools in a kind of dashboard. But... It is very slow and despite the fact that I connected my twitter account, it gets no result from it. And also you can not upload from somewhere else what you want in your RSS feeds. You need to type them all over again.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I have a spare invitation if somebody is interested. The first to ask for it, gets it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I am still very tempted by &lt;a href="http://friendfeed.com/"&gt;FriendFeed&lt;/a&gt;, a place for my social personal library and my links... mmm... I am trying it too. The thing is that I don't have friends on Facebook that have FriendFeed. And I don't want to invite them to join a new social media platform if I am not sure that I like it. So I only get the Twitter status of the people that I know and that are on FriendFeed (8)... Well I still need to spend time at it but the first impression is not really good.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;What I would like more is that all my regular activities online had made a widget and that I could compose my own dashaboard with all my favorite ones... What do you think about that? And if I can ask for something more... can it integrate my sms as well? Sounds archaic I know, but it can be handy when your mum does not have a proper internet connection.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;I don't want just a flow of information from all the sources together.I prefer it to be organized by network. In that matter, we are not there yet but well, it is now possible to &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pzNwBLZfIM&amp;amp;feature=player_embedded"&gt;push content from the Chrome browser to your smartphone&lt;/a&gt;. Pity I did not favorite the video somewhere... how come..? Tu nais, on te déclare et on t'ouvre ton compte facebook? C'est à dire de plus en plus tôt. This will change really our way of life and make technology more accessible in general but also to elderly and disabled people. Especially since this genius says he wants to make this technology accessible to the masses (he said it will be open sourced code but at the moment I am talking it is not the case yet). He uses existant and cheap devices (example of the computer mouse) to create the new ones with. Eventually they will become totally non invasive.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And coupled with voice recognition then? Well, yes me too I guess.&lt;br /&gt;And what about gaming? (about innovation in gaming you can also see my previous post on aWOW and the brain computer interaction)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 13px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Meanwhile and to get a little taste of what will happen in the future you can find a consolation (especially for the lucky owners of smartphones) in&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.google.com/mobile/goggles/"&gt;Google Goggles&lt;/a&gt; released this week. Indeed it gives the opportunity to explore the visual recognition (as also presented by Pranav Mistry). It was a useful tool to explore who the other delegates were and find them through their photos taken during the same day.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;2. &lt;a href="http://www.layar.com/"&gt;Layar&lt;/a&gt;  has more and more layers // 3D capabilities&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Augmented reality applications by layar that allows you for instance to see the flats for sale from your exact location (via &lt;a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b64_16K2e08"&gt;Funda&lt;/a&gt;) or to find shops and services. But it is much more now. &lt;a href="http://www.tedxamsterdam.nl/experience/uploads/2009/11/layar.png"&gt;Tourist info&lt;/a&gt; is one of those that they presented.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Layar also talked about the addition of 3D capabilities to its augmented reality browser platform. This was shown throughout the whole TEDx conference. The result is an animated point cloud, where the shape of the filmed object (e.g. a person) is easily recognized. Normally, these point clouds are used for measuring deformations of tunnels, analyzing structures of trees or simulating flood planes. It is also used in robotics for robots to detect objects in their environment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; You enter a word and you get a world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The second one uses the pictures from flickr to compose the letter of the expression you want. It is called &lt;a href="http://www.metaatem.net/words/webstorming"&gt; Spell with flickr &lt;/a&gt;. You can change a letter by clicking on it if you wish to see another option.
