XRM part two: Work it out with your staff.
Today I stumbled upon the website of xRM, a company which assist organizations in defining objectives and in implementing customized Microsoft Dynamics xRM solutions.
I found three more statements about the xRM term since the last post.
On the xRM company website,"The only thing xRM is missing is your business logic, your business processes, and your imagination."
On the xRM company website,"The only thing xRM is missing is your business logic, your business processes, and your imagination."
For Microsoft, xRM stands for "Anything Relationship Management".

The "XRM" to work your image.
Today it is about the XRM. Here the French page of Wikipedia that you can translate and here the English one which is less detailed.
To summarize, it is the application of CRM processes in a sort of adapted way to other types of interlocutors.
It looks like an interesting concept to optimize internal / external communications and to broadcast an integrated message.
